Crystal Young is a licensed New York attorney and educator with over twenty (20) years of experience in the real estate sector.  Before applying to law school, she worked as a real estate paralegal for ten (10) years at a mid sized law firm.

 

Currently, Crystal is the managing real estate attorney at Suris & Associates, P.C., a prominent New York firm representing buyers, sellers and commercial and private lenders.  She is also a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Huntington Lawyers Club and the Nassau Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association. Crystal has closed thousands of real estate transactions, providing clients with peace of mind while purchasing or selling their home, and more importantly, ensuring all of her clients have a memorable and enjoyable experience from contract to closing.

 

Ms. Young has a passion for educating first time home buyers to navigate them through the real estate process and also, new and aspiring attorneys. She has spoken at numerous seminars and taught courses at various schools including the prestigious St. John’s School of Law in New York. She enjoys teaching the fundamentals of real estate law and co-created an on-line course entitled “Successfully Practicing Real Estate in 30 Days” with her trusted colleague Sabine Franco, Esq.  This course teaches new lawyers and attorneys looking to pivot their practice, how to practice real estate law and how to build a successful practice in just 30 days. 

 

Each year, since 2019, Crystal has been published in SuperLawyers, a nationally recognized and prestigious organization that highlights attorneys who have done extraordinary work in their respective fields. She has also been recognized in the distinguished and respected New York Real Estate Journal. She is furthermore, an author of a book entitled “You Too Can Be a Homeowner”, which guides first time homebuyers on the process of purchasing a home giving them the ultimate guide to achieve their goal of homeownership.

 

Crystal loves to travel and is an avid reader.  She started a virtual bookclub called “The Infinite Mindset Bookclub” which focuses on personal development and brings together like-minded individuals who understand the value in developing a positive mindset.  It’s mantra is “Change Your Mindset - Change Your Experience”.

 

She is often referred to as the “Networking Queen” because of her love for making connections and building quality relationships.  She believes in living life to its fullest potential and never giving up on your dreams - no matter how big or small.
